Hi Im writing on behalf of my Grandfather John, as he is not tech savvy. He had his entire basement equipment upgraded.. his 27 year old Furnace replaced to a Lennox Furnace, His 16 year old water tank to an advanced tankless water heater as well as his old a/c replaced for a cold climate heat pump.
